MXFUnwrapper
The MXFUnwrapper reads and exports the raw essence and metadata in XML from MXF files according to your data model scheme.
It can also be used in streaming and file-based environments. Now with random access support.

Feed an MXF file to this Component and you get back the Essence enclosed in the MXF file along with all Metadata.
The Metadata will be in XML format, ready to be used by your product or even integrated with other XML enabled products, like Media Asset Management systems, for example.
The MXFUnwrapper is Essence format agnostic and can deal with MXF Operational Patterns OP1a to OP3c. Both Structural and Descriptive Metadata are supported and a dictionary is used to convert the KLV-coded format into a XML document. The component is distributed with option to extract Descriptive Metadata or just the Structural Metadata.
